IMPORTANT NOTICE: OFFICE CLOSURE DUE TO HURRICANE MILTON
Dear Patients,
Due to the approaching hurricane, Mindful Behavioral Healthcare Offices will be closed on
Wednesday, October 9, 2024 and Thursday, October 10, 2024 to ensure the safety of our
patients and staff.
- Wednesday 10/9/2024: Our team will be working remotely, and all virtual appointments
will proceed as scheduled. - Thursday: The office will be completely closed, and no appointments will be held. We will resume services on Friday if it is safe to do so.
We will resume our regular operations on, Friday, October 11, 2024, unless it is determined that
the weather conditions are not secure for our patients and staff after the passing of this storm.
The office will reach out to reschedule any appointments affected by this closure. If you have any
non-emergency concerns, you can contact us via the patient portal or email, and we will respond when
as soon as possible.
For any urgent concerns or medical emergencies, please proceed to the nearest hospital for
immediate assistance.
We will post the necessary updates in our page and our phone messaging system to keep everyone
informed about this matter. We hope that you and your loved ones stay safe during this difficult time.
