Ms. Encinas is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who specializes in family medicine. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida International University in Miami, FL. She continued her education and completed her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Miami.

With over 7 years of experience, Ms. Encinas has worked in both outpatient/inpatient settings. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and provide quality care through a balanced approach of traditional and holistic principles. We eagerly welcome Ingrid to the Mindful Behavioral team.
