Learn about the cyclical nature of domestic violence, and the practices that allow violence to happen. This workshop will help participants understand the many types of domestic violence, signs of abuse, its impact on families and the prevention strategies.
Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Learn how environmental stressors can create and affect emotional and physical conditions. Also, how utilizing strategies to stay in the moment, can positively affect our physiological responses to reduce emotional reactivity.
This workshop is ideal for individuals who feel stressed out with life situations, such as work, family, and financial issues; which negatively affect their emotional and physical wellbeing causing conditions like: chronic pain, anxiety, sleep problems, headaches, and chronic illness or pain.

All workshops will take place at the office of Mindful Behavioral Healthcare.
